1. Veri Sorumlusu
Bu gizlilik politikası, Bordo İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Bordo Türk; bundan böyle "Şirket") tarafından yönetilen bordoturk.com alan adlı web sitesi aracılığıyla toplanan kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin esasları açıklamaktadır. Şirket, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatını taşımaktadır.
2. Toplanan Veriler
Web sitemizi ziyaret ettiğinizde veya teklif formunu doldurduğunuzda aşağıdaki veriler işlenebilir:
- Ad, soyad ve iletişim bilgileri (e-posta, telefon)
- Çalıştığınız kurum / firma adı
- Talep ettiğiniz ürün grubu ve teknik detaylar
- Sunucularımızın otomatik olarak kaydettiği standart web sunucusu logları (IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi, ziyaret zamanı)
3. Verilerin İşlenme Amacı
Toplanan kişisel veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:
- Teklif ve tedarik taleplerinizin karşılanması
- Ürün ve hizmetlerimiz hakkında bilgi sağlanması
- Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
- Web sitesi güvenliği ve teknik yönetim
Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep: Veriler, teklif formunu doldurmanız ve web sitesini ziyaret etmeniz sırasında elektronik ortamda, otomatik ve kısmen otomatik yollarla toplanır. Teklif talebinizin değerlendirilip yanıtlanması KVKK'nın 5/2-c (bir sözleşmenin kurulmasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması) ve 5/2-f (meşru menfaat) bentlerine; sunucu kayıtları ve site güvenliği 5/2-ç (hukuki yükümlülük) ve 5/2-f bentlerine dayanılarak işlenir.
4. Verilerin Aktarılması
Kişisel verileriniz yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlarla ve gerektiği ölçüde şu alıcı gruplarıyla paylaşılır: talebinizin karşılanması için tedarikçiler ve lojistik ortakları; yasal zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları; web sitesinin çalışması için hizmet aldığımız altyapı sağlayıcıları. Bu sağlayıcılar şunlardır: içerik dağıtımı, güvenlik ve ziyaret istatistikleri için Cloudflare; teklif formunun şirketimize e-posta ile iletilmesi için Google Workspace; ürün sayfalarındaki video önizlemeleri için YouTube; yalnızca siz açtığınızda iletişim sayfasındaki harita için Google Haritalar ve doküman bağlantıları için Google Drive. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabileceğinden, söz konusu aktarımlar KVKK'nın 8. ve 9. maddelerinde öngörülen şartlara ve güvencelere uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir.
5. Çerezler ve Analitik
Web sitemiz, seçtiğiniz site dilini (Türkçe / İngilizce) yerel depolamada (localStorage) saklamaktadır; yönetim paneline giriş yapan kullanıcılar için ayrıca oturum anahtarı aynı yerde tutulur. Ziyaret istatistiklerini ölçmek için çerez kullanmayan Cloudflare Web Analytics aracını kullanıyoruz. Bu araç tarayıcınızda çerez veya kalıcı bir tanımlayıcı saklamaz, parmak izi (fingerprinting) yöntemi kullanmaz ve ziyaretçileri bireysel olarak izlemez; yalnızca toplu ve anonim sayfa görüntüleme ile performans istatistikleri üretir. Bu nedenle analitik amacıyla açık rızanıza gerek duyulmamaktadır. Üçüncü taraf reklam çerezi bulunmamaktadır. İletişim sayfasındaki Google Haritalar yalnızca "Haritayı göster" düğmesine tıkladığınızda yüklenir; bu durumda Google kendi çerezlerini kullanabilir.
6. Veri Saklama Süresi
Form aracılığıyla iletilen kişisel veriler, talebin değerlendirilmesi ve yasal saklama sürelerinin tamamlanmasına kadar muhafaza edilmektedir. Saklama süresinin dolmasının ardından veriler güvenli biçimde silinmektedir. Sistemin otomatik yedek kopyaları en fazla 14 gün saklanır ve bu sürenin sonunda kendiliğinden silinir.
7. Haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- İşleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde / yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini talep etme
- KVKK'nın 7. maddesi çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini talep etme
- Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin, verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
- İşlemenin yalnızca otomatik sistemler aracılığıyla gerçekleşmesi ve bu durumun aleyhinize sonuç doğurması hâlinde itiraz etme
- Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

1. Data Controller
This privacy policy explains how personal data collected through the website at bordoturk.com, operated by Bordo İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (trading as Bordo Türk; hereinafter the "Company"), is processed. The Company acts as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
2. Data We Collect
When you visit our website or fill in the quote form, the following data may be processed:
- Name, surname and contact details (email, phone)
- The name of the organisation / company you work for
- The product group and technical details you request
- Standard web server logs recorded automatically by our servers (IP address, browser information, time of visit)
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed only for the following purposes:
- Responding to your quote and supply requests
- Providing information about our products and services
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Website security and technical administration
Collection method and legal basis: Data is collected electronically, by automatic and partly automatic means, when you fill in the quote form and when you visit the website. Evaluating and answering your quote request is based on Article 5(2)(c) (directly related to the establishment of a contract) and 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest) of the KVKK; server logs and site security are based on Article 5(2)(ç) (legal obligation) and 5(2)(f).
4. Transfer of Data
Your personal data is shared only for the purposes above and to the extent necessary with the following groups of recipients: suppliers and logistics partners, to fulfil your request; authorised public authorities, where required by law; and the infrastructure providers we use to run the website. These providers are: Cloudflare (content delivery, security and visit statistics); Google Workspace (forwarding the quote form to us by email); YouTube (video previews on product pages); and, only when you open them, Google Maps (the map on the contact page) and Google Drive (document links). As these providers' servers may be located abroad, such transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions and safeguards set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Our website stores the site language you select (Turkish / English) in your browser's local storage (localStorage); for users who sign in to the administration panel, a session key is also kept there. To measure visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics tool. It does not store cookies or any persistent identifier in your browser, does not use fingerprinting and does not track visitors individually; it only produces aggregate, anonymous page-view and performance statistics. For this reason your explicit consent is not required for analytics. There are no third-party advertising cookies. The Google Maps map on the contact page is loaded only when you click "Show map"; Google may then use its own cookies.
6. Retention Period
Personal data submitted through the form is kept until your request has been evaluated and the statutory retention periods have expired. After the retention period ends, the data is deleted securely. Automatic system backups are kept for at most 14 days and are then deleted automatically.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processing if your data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request erasure or destruction of the data under Article 7 of the KVKK
- Request that the correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- Object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated processing
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
